Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course

This intensive eight week programme is designed to help participants discover and utilise their own inner resources for bringing balance, health and peace of mind to their lives through mindfulness practice. MBSR has been widely researched over the past 30 years and is at the cutting edge of integrative and preventative medicine. It is the gold-standard of secular mindfulness based approaches for mental and physical health.

Mindfulness for Beginners

This practical 4-week course introduces basic mindfulness concepts and practices to enhance wellbeing. Suitable for anyone who is new to mindfulness, as well as those want to "get back on track" or deepen their existing practice.

Mindfulness Meditation Practice Groups

Regular facilitator-led forums to practice mindfulness meditation with others and develop communities of practice. Open to all levels of experience.

Individual Coaching

For people who prefer targeted individual support to integrate mindfulness into their daily life.

Workshops and Retreats

We periodically offer one or two-day retreats and specialised workshops to allow a deeper immersion into mindfulness practice.
