THE TEAM

Neave is a fully certified and registered mindfulness teacher with the Mindfulness Training Institute of Australia and New Zealand (MTIA), professionally trained to deliver internationally-recognised and research-based courses developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She has over 30 years of experience both practicing and teaching mindfulness to 1000's of people from many walks of life and in a variety of contexts.

Neave's passion and commitment is to advance the health and wellbeing of individuals through the delivery of evidence-based mindfulness programmes, combined with the wisdom teachings from several spiritual traditions she has encountered and lived within over her many years of practice. Neave says, "I love the intersection of science and spirituality and never see that we need to dismiss one or the other. Together they give us a rich resource from which we can heal ourselves and transform our lives and the world in which we live."

Neave Ross-Wallace

Neave is a professionall trained mindfulness teacher, Gestalt Therapist and Parenting Coach. Over the past 30 plus years she has worked as an early childhood educator, family counsellor, parent mentor, trainer and meditatioin teacher. During this time she has headed the telephone counselling agency Parentline, run her own in-home preschool, worked as a psychotherapist at the Home and Family Centre and in private practice and delivered a Mindfulness in Schools programme to children on behalf of the Mental Health Foundation NZ.

Neave has delivered taster sessions,  4-week introduction to mindfulness courses and the highly acclaimed 8-week MBSR programme to well over 2000 adults over the past few years.
