1:1 individual sessions
Neave is available for individual sessions which offer a highly personalised approach to developing the skills and practices of mindful awareness. In particular these sessions focus on how mindfulness enables us to meet the challenges of everyday life including working specifically with stress, depression, anxiety, illness and other major life events, with an emphasis on cultivating calm and building resilience, clarity and a deepening inner wisdom.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
These sessions are suitable for people new to mindfulness and those who have been practicing for some time and want to reconnect or deepen their knowledge.
What to EXPECT
Sessions can follow a systematic exploration of beginner and intermediate practices or be specifically tailored to individual requirements.
Sessions are typically one-hour long and are held at Neave's office in Governors Bay. Cost per session is $120
