Coaching sessions offer a highly personalised approach to developing the skills and practices of mindfulness. Individual coaching sessions focus on teaching specific skills for working with the challenges of life including stress, illness and major events, with an emphasis on cultivating calm and building resilience, clarity and inner wisdom.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
These sessions are suitable for people new to mindfulness and those who have been practicing for some time and are encountering difficulties.
What to EXPECT
During coaching sessions you will learn tools and practices that bring mental and emotional balance, clarity, and peace of mind to the fore. Best outcomes will be reached if you engage in regular home practice.
Sessions are typically one-hour long and are held in our office in Governors Bay or at your workplace if required.
A free optional 15 minute phone consultation is available at which time Betsy or Neave will outline the costs and processes for ongoing work together.
