the wisdom within
one day Meditation retreat
Sunday, 16th February
10am - 4.30pm

Wisdom, which is pure knowing or true insight, arises when we allow ourselves to sit in and as Presence itself. Mindful meditation is the process of discovering how to become established in Presence by moving out of identification with the mind and entering into this Heart Space reality. This movement returns us to our innermost nature, which is free, open, loving and deeply wise.

During our day together we will engage in a range of movement, sound and meditation practices which act as doorways into Presence. This enables us to discover the wisdom within, which sits at the very heart of all beings.

​

The day will be facilitated by Neave Ross-Wallace and she welcomes everyone from beginners through to seasoned practitioners to come and share this day of practice and discovery in community together.

 

Please note that the retreat is not suitable for anyone receiving intensive psychiatric or mental health care.
