A taster session is an interactive, experiential opportunity to be introduced to the core principles and practices of mindfulness. During the session you will be guided through several different aspects of practice that are proven to:

  • Switch on the body's rest & repair system 

  • Settle emotional reactivity

  • Reduce overthinking

  • Cultivate a deeper sense of wellbeing

  • Develop inner resources of clarity and equanimity


Mindfulness should no longer be considered a “nice-to-have” for executives. It’s a “must-have”:  a way to keep our brains healthy, to support self-regulation and effective decision-making capabilities, and to protect ourselves from toxic stress.
